We...well...Leanne meets with you on site to discuss your project: goals for your landscape, how you want to use it, and budget. A lot gets done in this hourlong interview...here’s a bit about what to expect:
Most important: This first facetoface chat could be the beginning of many sessions, calls and emails. Does it feel comfortable? Does it seem like we have good rapport? Are you excited about the ideas discussed? Do they mesh with your thoughts?
A taste of the other 5 steps: Also forthcoming will be onthespot ideas and general input during this meeting, which is gratis. This way, you’ll also experience a little of her communication, listening, inspiration & problemsolving expertise.
Browse the portfolio: This tool showcases previous works and can spark the design discussion. All of the work illustrated in the portfolio will give you yet another sense of the work to come. Ask any and all questions.
At the end of the interview, if it’s a good fit, and you’re curious about specifics and pricing, we’ll prepare a design contract for a fixed price.
The design phase begins upon your approval of the contract.
"We started the project with a consultation. Leanne listened intently to the design sense of both me and my wife."Dennis & Di Ballard
